Courses
There is currently a six month waiting list for the beginners course. Two to three courses are run throughout the year between April and September. The courses take place on a Friday evening, normally from 7 or 7.15 depending upon the time of year, and last for about 1 1/2 hours. 
The course is 6 sessions and costs £50 including the hire of equipment and coaching.
There is a £10 discount for family members doing the course at the same time.

Coaching
The club has four qualified coaches who run the courses and provide the tuition.

Age
The minimum age that we accept is 10 years at the start of the course, (there is no maximum age limit) and children must be accompanied by an adult.

Completion
After completion of the course, the novice archer must become a club member in order to continue shooting. 
The archer may continue to use club equipment until he purchases his own, and coaching will continue to be available.  The coaches are happy to advise on purchase of equipment.
